    Learning about doing business globally!

The meaning of this book is all about how to succeed at doing business globally in different countries with a method called the EIA method to doing business! EIA stands for Embed, Interpret, and Act and this has helped the author succeed in doing business in other countries! Doing business in other countries is no easy tasks as there can be a lot of different barriers to jump through. This author has been able to successfully jump over those barriers to do business in different countries, and he is wanting to share his knowledge on how he was able to succeed with the EIA method! With all the different business and investment pursuits this author has done so far, I believe his method has done some great things for him and his family. While the author is thinking big and doing business globally, I also believe this can work for other business owners that want to think more on a smaller scale as well too! Even if this book talks a lot about the positives that have happened with the author, the author also includes some of the challenges and failures that have happened as well which happens to everyone in life all the time. I loved reading and hearing about the author’s life and business ventures so far, and I wish the author and his family all the best going forward in the future!

Great resource to help in business

I found this book fascinating and informative to read. Muraly Srinarayanathas uses his expertise and personal experience to provide the reader with invaluable information. He weaves his personal journey as an immigrant and global entrepreneur with actionable insights for cross-cultural business success. His pragmatic writing brings to light that we are all connected on a global level, understanding each other will result in better business and the tools to do so. The book helps encourage interaction and authentic interest in diverse markets. He explains his EIA method, or Embed, Interpret, Act. One of the things I liked about this is that the author explained it in a comprehensive and easy to understand way. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a different perspective on business.

    Thought provoking and practical guide

โ€œBetween Borders, Beyond Boundariesโ€ by Muraly Srinarayanathas is a strategic guide to navigating global business in an increasingly interconnected world. The book explores how businesses can foster genuine engagement across cultures, markets, and industries while maintaining ethical integrity and sustainability. Through real-world case studies, Srinarayanathas emphasizes the importance of flexibility, relationship-building, and cultural intelligence in today’s dynamic business landscape.I found this guide to be both thought-provoking and practical. Srinarayanathas presents a convincing argument for why businesses must go beyond traditional expansion strategies and embrace authentic, meaningful engagement with diverse global markets. What stood out to me was the bookโ€™s emphasis on ethical leadership and relationship-building rather than just profit-driven expansion. This book is a must-read for business professionals seeking to navigate international markets with integrity and effectiveness. Itโ€™s not just about expanding a business, but about fostering genuine connections and sustainable success in an interconnected world.

    Deeply personal and motivating

I expected a business book and got something much more: a deeply personal and motivating journey of resilience. Muralyโ€™s story as an immigrant navigating global business is powerful and honest. His reflections on identity, belonging, and cultural adaptability made me reflect on my own path as a first-generation entrepreneur. It was refreshing to see someone weave business advice with real human experience. This is the kind of book that stays with youโ€”not just for what it teaches, but for how it makes you feel about where you come from and where you’re going.

    A must read

This book is a must-read for anyone who works across cultures. Iโ€™ve struggled in the past with understanding how to truly connect with teams in different countries, and this book opened my eyes. The emphasis on listening to local voices and acting with cultural intelligence is something global companies often miss. Srinarayanathasโ€™s examples are grounded in lived experience, not theory, which makes the lessons so much more credible. Itโ€™s rare to find a business book that prioritizes empathy without losing sight of strategy, but this one does it beautifully.

    A mindset shift.

What really stood out to me in this book was the EIA methodโ€”Embed, Interpret, Act. Itโ€™s an actionable framework that made me rethink how I approach international collaboration. As someone working in a multicultural team, I found these strategies both practical and empowering. Srinarayanathas doesnโ€™t preach theory; he backs it with real-world examples that are easy to relate to and apply. Iโ€™ve already shared parts of this with my team, and it sparked a fantastic discussion. For me, this book is more than a business tool, itโ€™s a mindset shift
